Senior Associate

Harrison Declan is a Senior Associate in the firm and works with the firm’s Specialised Transactions, Banking and Finance and Litigation/Dispute Resolution practice groups. An avid researcher, Harrison has to his credit several articles on his areas of practice. He employs his robust knowledge of law and his thorough understanding of the business climate in proffering profit and success driven advice to clients. A negotiator per excellence, Harrison has sealed business deals, settled business disputes and put clients’ businesses back on track. He is passionate about helping African countries optimize through legislation, the potentials of their natural resources and was part of the Workshop organized by the King Abdullahi Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC) in Maputo to brainstorm on Local Content policies for East African petroleum States. Harrison is also an Editor of the Energy Law Review, Nigeria’s foremost Energy and Natural Resources Law Journal.

Harrison loves poetry and outdoor sports. He plays football, badminton and lawn tennis.
